pleasant place for meal preparation. It has oak cabinets and vinyl tile flooring.
Throughout the rest of the house, the floors are of wood laminate, except in the
renovated bathrooms which have ceramic tile floors. The living room/dining room
area is large and, with the adjacent sunroom, provides ample room for
entertaining. The master bedroom has a 3-piece ensuite bathroom and a large
storage closet. Both bedrooms have built-in clothes closets and chests of
drawers.
In the front yard, there is a 3-stemmed Christmas palm tree (Adonidia merrillii)
and along the front are some brilliant blue plumbagos. There are three citrus
trees, including a honeybell tangelo, in the back yard. A door leads from the
workshop/laundry to a small covered patio with a barbecue grill.
Century 21 Mobile Home Park itself has a large
clubhouse area with tennis, bocce, shuffleboard,
horseshoes, and a large swimming pool. In the
clubhouse there are many activities which are
overseen by the Social and Sports Club and run by
volunteers. Century 21 is a happy community.
